Issue Me and mt friend ran about 25 Customs raids, and did not find reshala a single time, are we just absurdly unlucky or is it glitched on 12. However, multiple Customs runs in (about 5), I am not able to find him anywhere. Does he spawn at dorms more than these other locations? I don't hear him that frequently at dorms though.
