Everything about the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra This phone is no better than an old iPad touch lmao. But I also turned off sleeping/deep sleeping and adaptive battery which might have made a difference. The only thing i really like is the cameras, but even with that, i have to edit photos to make them look clean,i recommend you buy S23 series or go to S21+/ultra. The S23 and 24 Ultra are way better and faster at performance and battery life than S22 Ultra. But, unfortunately, it was not the problem. I live in a village I have suffered for a month, No stable cell signal on my s21 ultra! and if i want make phone calls, I had to leave my room looking for a signl Even when I drive and pass the tower , its struggling for switch cell tower !!if i was in a place where the mobile phone network available, it's very slow even it's showing 4g or 5g LTE! Cell service where I have 5G connection works fine but everywhere else where I live that has had 4G is now a dead zone. From day 1, I noticed it got hot rather quickly, I had issues with the charging port saying it detected moisture when it wasn't the case, and now I can't get service half the time, texts get rejected to some people while others go through fine at the same time. Around the 17th when my phone updated I started having serious connection issues. TMobile sim card with Att esim. Issues only seems to be on Verizon it gets absolutely no service. So if you got a new 5G Sim card and the phone is brand new then try switching to 4G/LTE/3G and see if you get the same network issues. now i have a non functioning s22 ultra that is good for photos while i use an old google pixel 7. 2 year old S22 Ultra have been dropped few times and now it show no signal. In my case it wasn’t recognizing the SIM card at all. I was getting no service on and off and then I kept getting messages saying my phone wasn't registered on a network. It’s truly a no brainer. I know alot of my S22 Ultra peoples have been having this problem. my repair guy-out of warranty so I use him- but their seems to be a common motherboard issue causing them to not be able to connect, I've gone through multiple sims and esims, network works fine in other phones with those. With normal usage I go from 100% in the morning (6am) to about 20% at 7pm which I don't think is bad. battery life and performance is generations ahead. You are not able to supply the expected and agreed on service the customer is forking money over for. Called Samsung numerous times and their only solution was to mail my phone to a Samsung Service Repair center for an estimated 10 business daysand no they will not provide a temporary phone while it's being fixed. It says my sim card is there and shows my phone number but It shows no service when it trys to use the sim card then shows I have 4-5 bars of connection with the eSim.
